In the beginning

I don’t really know where to start.  I am starting this blog as a way to track and share my work with the world. Various experiments and ideas.  A little back round on me, I am 28 years old, I live in baltimore and I am a chef.  I am the Head Chef at the Bicycle Bistro in Baltimore, and have been cooking professionally for almost 15 years. The following picture is me after a long saturday night.  Thanks for reading.this is what happens after a busy saturday night
