This is just straight up market Cod. Served with caramelized cauliflower, mushrooms, smoked paprika, chervil, pomegranate, and Foie Gras Hollandaise.

Dad and I checked out the stuffed cornish hens, man it looks great, I can’t wait to try one. You are fantastic, this is so cool it is art literally and I know you spent a lot of time of this. We just love looking at your creations we get excited, you are so special what a talent you have, you are going places man, great places and if we could help you along the way we will try our best.
