Welcome Aboard
On Wednesday I started a new career. I accepted a Sous Chef Position at the new Hotel Monaco in downtown Baltimore. It is owned by the Kimpton Group, and I will be working under Executive Chef E. Michael Reidt. I am very excited to help open this property from the very beginning. The menu is awesome, and we have some amazing toys to play with. The best part so far is the people. They have really put together a Dream Team of the best in Baltimore, and I am very lucky and honored to be working along side of them. Pictures to follow once everything is in place.
