Today we experimented with beet juice. We tried caviar, and i was pretty pleased with the results, if only i had a Cryo-vac. Well, a man needs dreams, and this man dreams of kitchen equipment. I’m planning on using this caviar in a bone marrow menu that i am doing on Friday for one of our good customers.
