We have changed the menu at Fin this week and here are a few shots of some of the new items. It seems to be going over pretty good, but there is always room for improvement. The last two Saturdays we have broken their previous record for covers. So we must be doing something right. I will try and get shots of everything, but I have been so busy that I have missed a few things. First is Tandori Tuna with gnocchi, hericot vertes, leeks and sauce foie gras. Next is Cornish Hen Boudin stuffed with apples and chestnut, sunflower seed “rissoto”, red cabbage, beech mushrooms, roasted chicken jus, pickled apples, and crispy skin. Next is True Maryland Crab cakes with cauliflower puree, caramelized cauliflower, romesco sauce, and micro chervil.
