Spring Pasta

The first is Artichoke and Smoked Shrimp Ravioli, Artichoke Puree, English Peas, Heirloom Carrots, Pea Tendrils, Parmesan, and Artichoke Chips.  The second picture is Ricotta Gnocchi, Arugula Pesto, Baby Zucchini, Braised Lettuce, and Squash Blossoms.  Enjoy.
