Rat Tail Radish Pods
These are the pods that I harvested off of my Rat Tail Radish plant today. The outside of the pod is softer than a green bean, and they taste like mild Arugula and Radish. They do not contain any seeds, and have a very interesting appearance. I wonder why I have never personally seen these anywhere? They are easy to grow, and taste great. Just think of a green bean that tastes like Radish and Arugula. Agricultural Biodiversity isn’t as hard as the world makes it seem. This one plant gives you amazing greens, beautiful flowers, edible beans, and a solid root vegetable. It is one of the most diverse plants that I have ever been able to get my hands on. And all that from a Micro Farm in Dundalk. Enjoy.
