3rd Annual Farmer and The Chef
Two years in a row. Last year most original recipe, this year best vegetarian. Boom!!! And both years with a vegetarian. Changing the world one veggie at a time. I was paired with Harris Farms in Easton, Maryland. My dish was Faux Maryland Crab Cakes with Smoked Tomato Puree and Jam/ Pickled Lima Beans/Crispy Sweet Potato/Zucchini Emulsion. Cheers!!
